At the time when the legal profession gains feminine power and uses a new culture of dispute resolution, how can women contribute to the evolving nature of legal practice?
On International Women’s Day, Neojustice will host the most innovative speakers in the legal practice.
Formerly a President of the Administrative Tribunal of Quebec (2008-2013), today Me. Helene de Kovachich uses her expertise in alternative dispute resolution methods to facilitate the development of various aspects of mediation, arbitration and the management of judicial and extrajudicial disputes at the University of Montreal.
Me Teodora Niculae co-founded Audāx Avocats, a mobile and virtual law firm, with the goal of providing innovative and affordable services while restoring trust in the legal industry. She is a 2016 recipient of a start-up grant from the Association du Jeune Barreau (AJM). Me Teodora Niculae graduated with a degree in civil law from the University of Ottawa, where she also completed an undergraduate degree in International Development and Globalization.
